As a veterinary, health, or wellness professional, your brand is often the first impression people get, even before they step through your doors or book an appointment. But what if that first impression no longer reflects the incredible care and services you provide?

From Photo Studio to Full-Service Creative Agency: Our Own Brand Refresh
When I first started JMC, it was an on-location mobile photography studio focused on helping professionals stand out with impactful visuals. Over time, though, the needs of my clients evolved, and so did my services. What began as a photography service grew into a full creative agency that now includes:
Brand and marketing strategy
Graphic and website design strategy
Content creation and social media assistance
Coaching tailored for veterinary and wellness brands (as well as other industries)
Team Building Experiences, utilising our remote photoshoot platform
And, of course, professional photography
The shift was natural, but my branding hadn’t caught up. It no longer represented the full scope of what I did or how we helped. Sound familiar?
That’s when I knew it was time to rebrand.

The good news is that a full overhaul isn’t always necessary. Sometimes, small but intentional tweaks can have a big impact.
1. Clarify Your Message. Make sure your messaging clearly communicates who you help, what you do, and why it matters. This is often where businesses get stuck. It’s hard to talk about ourselves! At JMC, we help you distil your message so it feels natural and resonates with the right people.
